Geographic exposure: Sud – Est.
Soil: Clay – Sand with high percentage of calcareous marine sediments.
Farming: Organic certified with Biodynamic trials.
Altitude: 380 – 410 m a.s.l.
Harvest: Third week of September.
The wine is not filtered. A fine deposit may form naturally in the bottle without diminishing the integrity of the wine.
“Libero” means “Free”. Free like our spirit, following the wind that blows in our vineyard rows.
Fermented without any use of selected yeasts and control of temperature, with 5% of whole bunches. After a long skins maceration, the wine ages for 12 months in old 500lt tonneaux of French oak.
