WARRANTIES
Azienda Agricola CasaGori guarantees that the products shipped are the same as those indicated on the site.
In the event that, at the time of delivery, the product is visibly damaged, Azienda Agricola CasaGori, as long as it receives notice of this within 24 hours of delivery of the package, guarantees its replacement at its own expense within and no later than 30 days from the date of delivery .
In the event that the package appears damaged upon arrival or in the event that the number of packages shipped does not correspond to the order, we recommend not accepting the goods or inserting the wording “with reserve” in the transport document.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order. The delivery times shown on our site are based on the availability of the products and on the delivery times indicated by the carriers. In the event that due to a technical error the product you have chosen is not currently available, you will be notified via email of any delay in delivery so as to be able to confirm or not the order.
Azienda Agricola CasaGori assumes no responsibility for any delay due to strikes by carriers or any category that compromises traffic conditions.
Our couriers deliver during normal working hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00). For this reason it is recommended to choose a delivery address where the courier can certainly find someone to deliver and possibly indicate a time slot and, if it is a business, even the possible closing day. It is also advisable to leave a telephone number in order to facilitate the courier’s work if the address is not found.
If a second delivery is necessary because there is no one at the place of destination to receive the goods or because the address given at the time of the order is incorrect, the additional costs will be borne by the recipient and Azienda Agricola CasaGori assumes no responsibility for it.
RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If the company receives returned products that are damaged or tampered with, or if it does not receive the relative delivery, it will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of the same.
